该剧以婚姻介绍所的形式上演不同人的爱情故事，抓住当下“剩男”、“剩女”大众关注的话题，紧扣时尚和个性，以更加独特的视角展现当代人的婚恋观。本剧围绕性格迥异的几个人物展开，形形色色的人物通过征婚在婚介所上演不同版本精彩故事。剧情诙谐幽默、人物个性鲜明、情节扣人心弦、结局出人意料。每一段征婚故事，集集搞笑，场场精彩，情节扣人心弦、剑拔弩张。34岁的安娜因感情屡次受挫，索性自己开了一个婚姻介绍所，当起了月老红娘。婚介所有四个员工：婚介代表莉莉，美貌性感，爱情理论丰富大胆；会计杨大妈，热心朴素，保守迷糊，好心常常办坏事；还有天天耍贫耍酷，表演欲望极强的网络维护员杨凡，加上开业当天来应聘的一根筋的单纯女孩郭郭。来婚介所的征婚者更是五花八门，既有不会浪漫的理科男生，眼高手低的女白领，满眼是钱的时尚女孩，也有替儿媳妇找对象的婆婆。他们年龄不同，条件不一，各有各的爱情困惑，但他们都渴望爱情，一个个啼笑皆非的故事悄然上演。
